  • Q1: What are the current problems with the Child Health Information System?

        A:  According to the case study material(http://webfuse.cqu.edu.au/ 2008 ), the Child Health Information Systems has several current problems. First one is that the records about child health information are ambiguity. Such as: “no accurate records” on number of children who have been immunize” and the kind of vaccines as well as what diseases they had in the past. (IBID) Second one is that no monitor to tracking the children’s health information. The last one is the information system was not accessed by all health centres.

     

  • Q2: What information do you need to find out about the Child Health Information System to develop a detailed understanding of the current system? 
  •    A: As the study material (http://webfuse.cqu.edu.au/ 200 8) listed, there are some information was need to collected. Firstly, children information such as names, age, gender and so on. Secondly, the vaccines and its type and the detail information of the health centre which can supply the vaccines. Thirdly, the diseases which were easy infect children. Finally, case history of a child maybe need.
